Arrival and access

• Your current access code is in your booking message.
• The home has self check-in. Message us through your booking platform if the lock does not respond.

Parking

• Park up to two cars in the driveway.
• Additional vehicles may use legal street parking without blocking neighboring driveways.

Hot tub

• Replace the cover after every use and keep children supervised.
• Do not dive or jump into the tub.
• Avoid the hot tub during pregnancy, after alcohol, or when a health condition makes heat unsafe.

Theater room and fire pit

• The theater room has a 75-inch television, PlayStation 4, and seating.
• Use the outdoor fire pit only when local conditions allow, fully extinguish it, and never leave it unattended.

House rules

• No smoking or vaping inside.
• No parties or events beyond the registered guest count.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed. Place wipes and other items in the trash.
• Lock exterior doors whenever you leave.
• Maximum occupancy is 7 guests.
• Pets are welcome; clean up after them inside and outdoors.

Checkout by 11:00 AM

• Wash used dishes or leave the final dishwasher load running.
• Leave used beds unmade and place used towels in the bathroom.
• Turn off lights, fans, televisions, and small appliances.
• Bag all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins or building trash area.
• Check drawers and outlets for personal items.
• Lock the door behind you and message us if anything needs attention.
• Turn off the theater system and return all game controllers and remotes.
